Being a fitness freak myself, I know how hard it is to keep track of every single calorie, every single rep, every single exercise, etc… In the past, I had my personal Notebook that I used to carry to the gym with me, and I used to note down my reps right next to the exercise, in a table created by hand. The P90X app also has a Nutrition Guide that tells you what foods to eat and how much.
