As we here in the United States get ready to enjoy the 4th of July holiday with our family and friends, I thought it’d be great to do a blog post on some of the must have apps that’ll help you spice things up and bit and get through this weekend like the smooth and suave MoFo that you are.
So, without further ado, let’s get straight to it.
In my opinion, there is no better way to celebrate the 4th of July weekend than to pack all your stuff (i.e. Grill, BBQ Sauce, Drinks, etc…), get you family in the car, and drive to the nearest park. Believe me, it’s one of the coolest things to do with family and friends. There’s no better feeling than to grill a juicy piece of steak in the wilderness while you’re chugging a can of Heineken, and watching the fireworks at the same time. The Oh, Ranger! ParkFinder app is my go to park-finder app to find places to hang-out with family and friends on a warm 4th of July weekend. The app itself is developed by the American Park Network, which makes it an even more reliable resource as a park-finder.
If you love food and love your food grilled and soaked in BBQ sauce, the Food Network In The Kitchen app is a must this 4th of July weekend. All the recipes from some of the best chefs in the world (Ex. Bobby Flay) right on your phone with just a few taps. Grilling and BBQ-ing is an art from; which is why, I prefer to learn from the best.
If you live in the city and are planning to spend the 4th of July weekend in the city, you gotta have the BestParking app on your iPhone. This app gives you the closest parking spaces based on your location and is really easy to use. The app currently includes all the major cities in the US and majority of the Airports.
Of course, it is not 4th of July weekend until you’ve chugged a six-pack of 12s and done some really stupid sh*t. Fortunately, there are a lot of app that can help you take things to a whole new level. I’ve compiled a list of the Best Drinking Games apps and I suggest you take a look at the list before you head out this weekend.
This will be it for now.
