Being a fitness freak myself, I know how hard it is to keep track of every single calorie, every single rep, every single exercise, etc… In the past, I had my personal Notebook that I used to carry to the gym with me, and I used to note down my reps right next to the exercise, in a table created by hand. The whole process was so freaking tedious, I eventually stopped doing it. Fast-forward couple years, and now there are Apps that do all this stuff for you. No more carrying a notebook to the gym; you can now record all your Fitness data on your Phone and on the Cloud, with just few taps. It’s that simple.

In this post, I’ll be sharing a list of The Best Fitness Apps that I personally use to keep track of my fitness goals.

So, without further ado, the list is as follows:

1) Livestrong Calorie Tracker.

Just in case you weren’t aware of this, 90% of fitness results are achieved in the Kitchen. What you eat is what you are. Keeping track of Calories is the Holy Grail of any and all forms of Fitness/Bodybuilding. The Livestrong app is FREE, and it helps you track your daily calorie intake and also the Nutrient Breakdown (Proteins, Carbohydrates, and Fats). Depending on your goals (Weight Loss or Weight Gain), the Livestrong Calorie Tracker app also tells you exactly how many calories you need to consume daily in order to achieve your goals.

So if you’re looking for a good calorie tracker, the Livestrong app is perfect for you.

2) P90X.

If you live in the United States, chances are, you might have seen the infomercials for P90X at least once in your lifetime. P90X is hands down the best workout program EVER. No need to pay a Billion Dollars for personal trainers. Just download the P90X app, and if you’re dedicated enough, you might achieve your dream body within 90 Days. This program works man. Trust me. The P90X app takes all the exercises on the DVD and puts them in the palm of your hand (iPhone), so you can take them with you wherever you go.
